One library for everything
Keep comics, manga, standalone works, series, and EPUB books together. Arcagrad automatically chooses the appropriate reading experience for each item.
Introduction
Arcagrad is a self-hosted server and reader for comics, manga, and books. Point it at a folder, and it becomes a private library you (and anyone you invite) can read from anywhere — with covers, tags, search, and reading progress that syncs across your devices.
It’s built in Rust and ships as a single Docker image, and it’s designed to stay fast even as your collection grows to more than 100,000 items.
Core ideas

Arcagrad never rewrites the contents of an existing book or archive. Library information is stored separately and can be rebuilt by scanning your collection again.
Multi-user from day one
Accounts gate access, and reading progress, favorites, ratings, and recommendations are all per user.
Batteries included
Optional plugins can add metadata, browse external catalogs, and track releases. Search, recommendations, and multi-user reading are built into the server.
